The Mercedes Benz Automobile Museum in Stuttgart is world-famous and is visited by millions of automobile enthusiasts every year. Sarah Wiener, a TV star and chef on her own show, has taken over the gastronomy at this prestigious location. I was able to manage the pre-opening in a very aggressive period of just 6 months. There were several outlets to open (1 a la carte restaurant, 1 daytime café, 1 barbecue restaurant, as well as an exclusive restaurant for the museum's VIP guests).
