St.Adelhof was my first project. A food concept store in the heart of the city of Zurich, right next to the opera house. I planned and implemented the project completely independently. From the founding of a stock corporation, to the search for a location, the design of the furniture and furnishings, the creation of the gastronomic concept, the business plan, the product range and the recipes, to the operational implementation and the branding and marketing concept. I was in charge in all areas.

The reward was great. In 2015, I won first prize at “Best of Swiss Gastro” with this concept, for the most innovative gastronomy concept in Switzerland! A great success that I am very proud of.
